Sounds familiar, right? Important meeting notes locked away in a personal drive.

Before today, team meeting notes lived with one person: the note taker. When they forget to share them (we all do it) or don’t give you drive access (it happens), you waste time trying to find that brilliant thing you said (or promised to do).

One of your team has to record the notes, then remember to share them, then give access to them or move them to the team drive. Or if you’re already using Tactiq (thanks!) you have to upload/give access to your Tactiq transcription in Google Drive.

So we decided to change that.
